Bumps under boob.

Can someone tell me how to get some relief? I’m 26 weeks and for the past month or two I have been so so itchy on my boobs (especially the left one) it’s gotten to the point where it gets raw and sometimes these little bumps

Bleed. I’ve tried regular lotion but doesn’t seem to help much. It is so so itchy. Is this normal? The bumps? I’ve never had this happen and this is my third pregnancy
