Yolk sac or no?

9 months postpartum and exclusively breastfeeding.

LMP was 27 March.

Got a positive pregnancy test on 16 May. Went to ER to get checked out because I didn’t know how far along I was. They did bed side ultrasound and vaginal: saw nothing. Blood work was done and my HCG was 350. Fast forward to 20 May, my blood HCG was 1400.

22 May I went to get another scan and there is a gestational sac, but no yolk sac or fetal pole. Doctors think it’s too early. Thinking in 4-5 weeks. Looking at this ultrasound, is there a yolk sac?? I really cannot tell.
