what's the likelihood of getting pregnant, if you had sex on your fertile window, the guy pulled out but thinks he might have a little come out before ejaculation, still had alot of semen ejaculated outside but he is doubting that there maybe a little come out inside. Is it possible to have some semen come out before ejaculation itself? female is 39 y/o but experiencing perimenopause.
