Is it hymen blood?

I have irregular period and today i spot some blood and thought it’s my period but it goes after a droplet of blood. My friend say it might be hymen(virginity)blood but am not sexual active is that possible to be hymen blood?

No not unless you experienced some sort of trauma. Its normal to have some spotting before your period.

During the first year or two after you started menstruating, you do not ovulate every cycle while your body is still trying to regulate your hormones and try to make everything work together. This also means that your periods can be very irregular and spotting is not unusual.
Even when your cycle becomes regular you may still experience spotting
