Brow gel that is NOT waterproof

I get my brows laminated and tinted every 6-8 weeks, I am at week 5 since my last one and my brow lady recommended to keep them healthy just to come around week 8. But in the meantime, my eyebrows are having a mind of their own and going crazy looking, despite me brushing/trying to shape. Brow lady told me to use a clear brow gel but •not• waterproof & •not• water resistant.

I’m having a hard time finding one near me that isn’t either of those! Recommendations?!
