Have any Muslims heard the name Eliana for Muslim girl?

I really like this name for my daughter but not sure if Muslims can use this name.

Online I see it can mean softness/ kindness In Arabic, but is mostly a Hebrew name. Any other cultures use it?

Eliana is not originally an Arabic name! Muslims can use any name as far as it not copying the non-Muslims 
So check who the people that use the name are. I also read that the Turkish people use it

Muslim here. Muslims can use any name. We just believe the name should have a good/normal meaning. And it doesn't have to be Arabic (I'm not sure if Eliana is even Arabic though; l'd ask someone who is fluent if you're looking for an Arabic name).
