Yeast infection at 6 weeks pregnant

Anyone else struggle with a yeast infection while pregnant? I have only ever had one before but based off of that, I think I have one right now. I called my OBs office and the receptionist told me to just get some over the counter treatment and consult with the pharmacist.

Wondering what treatment everyone else was recommended/ prescribed? I’m really nervous about doing the treatment, especially so early in pregnancy.
