5 month old inconsolable crying, teething?

My LO just turned 5 months today! Last night & tonight (currently) she has been inconsolable, all day she’s okay but once it hits nighttime she’s screaming/ infuriated! I’ve never seeing her this way, my baby usually loves her sleep! Always in bed by 7-7:30 pm yesterday she was woke up at 8:30pm being so fussy I couldn’t put her down, it gradually got worse where I couldn’t even tame her. Screaming in my ear she was so tired rubbing her eyes but screaming, I made my bf take us to the ER where they said “she’s fine” 
No fever, no ear/ eye infection, no hair around finger/ toes. 
We came home, finally at 4am she was out till 9:30am, she was okay today. I put her to sleep normal time 7pm for her to wake up at 8pm screaming crying, & I noticed her rubbing her mouth. Now I’m thinking teething????? I had camilia liquid here so I popped that open but she’s still screaming, please someone help. She does NOT want dad that makes things worse. We have a yoga ball that sudually does the trick but nope.. I cried twice already because I don’t know what to do ….

My boy is almost two now but ever since he was a few months old he has really struggled with passing gas at night time. We call it the pumpies! He would wake every 30mins to an hour till he was 14 months! Took us forever to figure it out because he was just inconsolable nothing helped not calpol not anything. I used to think it was teething but now at 22 months i know when its teething haha As recommended by the doctor what we do is put a couple books under the crib legs so his crib is slanted therefore he is not lying flat for long periods of time, no pillows as it can obstruct his airways lying like that. Honestly might not help but just thought id add to this as its so hard to figure out when theyre so young anything is worth trying

The first few things that come to mind are teething- try some Tylenol and cool chew toy. Gas, try gas drops. Or acid reflux if she’s been spiting up a lot. Or an ear infection which may have been missed. 
With that said, see your pediatrician.
