What’s generally safe for migrains

I need all experienced women who have been pregnant. I can’t call the doctor because their office is closed and I have a terrible migraine which is making me super nauseous from the pain and I need to know what is the safest alternative to help headaches or migraines. Google said that ibuprofen and Advil are the worst ones because it causes low amniotic fluid but then I seen that Tylenol is the best one to take while pregnant? Can someone please tell me what is the best over-the-counter meds and safest one to take ?
