Caya diaphragm

Anyone successfully prevented pregnancy using a diaphragm? They’re only 83% effective but I don’t want to use hormonal contraceptives anymore. We have two LOs (1 and 3yO) and we are not trying to have a 3rd. But I am really happy having natural cycles once again. I’ve been on hormone contraceptives since I was 18 so after 8 years of it I’m not wanting to go back on it. Hubby doesn’t like wearing condoms all the time. He misses the intimacy of finishing inside, bareback. And condoms are uncomfortable and make it harder for him to climax. Anyway. Experiences with the diaphragm?
