evra patch side effects?

evra patch side effects

hi! I started the Evra patch on june 8th, 150mg/35mg of the hormones.

about wednesday i started having horrible headaches and dizziness. i never have migraines and i don’t believe these are migraines but its mainly on the back of my head and i feel incredibly dizzy. im also experiencing some slight nausea, breast pain, and fatigue/confusion. i also experienced intense vaginal pressure and cramping and had to take midol to get to sleep last night (my period ended so its not that) these headaches are really painful and im hoping its from the patch and it will go away with time.

has anyone experienced anything similar?

i’m 4’11 1/2 and about 89 pounds, so maybe it’s too high of an estrogen dose for me?
