Is hCG 10 mIU normal for non-pregnant woman?

Is 10mlu normal for every woman, when not pregnant? I’m not trying to get pregnant, but we are definitely open to it, if it does happen. I got my blood work taken last week to check for anemic, but my hcg came back at 10mlu, is this normal? What is the normal range of non-pregnant individual?
