I need a little boost on losing weight .. i dont want to get on the ozempic shot cuz i heard stories. I want to see if theres another method, another safe medication for me to take?? Can i ask my docotor??im trying lose 40-50 pounds

Don't rely on pills.   Change your diet,  drink mainly water,   do portion sizes along with walking everyday.   The water bloat will come off for the first few weeks and after that,  you'll notice the weight loss.
