IUD anxiety & depression

Anyone else have or have had problems with iuds and their mental health? I had a Kyleena IUD for 5 years when it was time to replace it I got it removed and had a new once placed? After 2 years I was diagnosed with ocd and anxiety and depression. In fairness life was a bit harder then normal our first furbaby passed away (she was very old and lived a fabulous life I’m not sorry she went when she was ready I am incredibly grateful she passing was peaceful and fast) however the next week another one of our furbabies needed to be rushed to the er vet for emergency surgery to remove his crystallized gallbladder. All of this followed Covid and it’s was a lot to deal with and I think my iud made coping harder. I have read that they can cause anxiety in women over time and while all of the life stuff are justified reasons to struggle I feel like my instability was further exacerbated by my iud. Anyone else have similar struggles?
