What is your children sleep schedule ? And how old ?

Thanks for the feed back ! I know every child is different I’m just wondering if I’m not putting mine down early enough. She’s 23 months and I can’t get her to nap during the day, and she wakes up at 8 AM and goes to sleep at 8 PM .

My 7 and 5 year old lay down around 9pm, fight for an hour or two about going to sleep and they’re up at 10-11am, my 18 month old on the other hand is an old man who HAS to be in bed, with his blanket and stuffed goose at 8:30 or he’s making it everyone’s problem. Then he gets up at 7ish, stays up until 11, takes one big nap until 2, sometimes 3 if I’m lucky. And is up until bedtime rolls around

Mines are 7, 4 and 18 months. I put them to bed at 11 (my 7 year old at 8:30 on school days) they wake up after 11am. I’m not a morning person. I work from home and it’s perfect for me. My 18 month old naps when I get off at 3:30

We've been on the same schedule with all our kids starting as soon as they spent most of the day awake, 8 - 8. Our 4 year old stopped napping at like 1.5 years old. Our almost 3 year old stopped napping at like 2.5. every kid is different.

My kids are 8,7,3 and 2m. My 8 year old goes to bed at 745, 7&3 at 715. They each get 30m of tv before bed. My 2 month old and I lay down around 8, he goes to sleep by 9 and sleeps til 12, then a good long stretch til 5-6.

My 19 month old I usually start bath and bedtime by 7 at the latest. Often she’ll fall asleep by 8:30 at the latest and be up around 7. She’ll nap around an hour and a half at daycare. But she still wakes at least twice during the night.

That is normal. My son also stopped to have a nap during the day at that age.  Now he goes to sleep around 19:00.

My 2 and 5 year old go to bed at 6:30, falls asleep anytime between 6:30-7pm, wakes around 7/7;30am! My 7 month old goes down at 9/9:30 she sometimes will wake around 1/2am for a feed hut most of the time will sleep though to 5:30-6 have a feed and go back down until 8:30am? She naps once late morning around 10am for 30 mins to an hour, and again around 3pm for about an hour and a half! My two year old rarely naps unless in the pushchair or car x
