Seasoned mom but....

Im pregnant with oir 3rd and final baby due in jan of 2026. The past couple of days, I'vehad some slight cramping and brown "discharge" happening. Idk if i should go into my OB office to make sure things are okay... there's no pink/red blood, though pics seem to show otherwise... What would you guys do? I'm 11w1d. I reached out to my OB office yesterday and they said they'd squeeze me in if need be... attached are blurred photos of said "discharge." I havent been sexually active due to not feeling it lately and just feeling bleh.... both were from last night before bed...
