Sharp pains

Ive been having sharp pain in my low low abdomen. I have diverticulosis and its lower than where that would be. I have 5 kids, and have felt it all but this is new. 2 years ago after our son was born he cut out part off my tube to get tested and it was nothing. Could this sudden pain be that? Or I just started wegovy, maybe something to do with that? Endometriosis possibly?The pain comes and goes, i can go about my business, its not too intense. I start freaking out with any pain and assume its cancer and im dying.... i had an abdomen CT scan about 4 months ago (diverticulitis) i assume they would have seen a tumor if i had advanced cancer right?
