Help reading ovulation testing strips

What number that lets you know when you’re most fertile? For example: Currently it reads “Low 0.33” Should it reach 1.0 when it’s at the peak? I know the Test line should be darker than the Control line. Been tracking my ovulation using this method for only a few months. I’m about 5 days out until my ovulation week & am looking for help reading the strips. The testing strip website was not helpful. Hopefully I’m doing this correctly? Could be my last chance.
