nexplanon removal

Hi, I’ve recently had the nexplanon implant removed after almost 2 years after my 3rd baby was born. I had it removed on the 1st July. The day after I started to bleed for a few days it was like a period. I’ve been tracking ovulation with the clear blue digital ovulation test to see when I’m ovulating again as I’m currently trying to conceive again. I had a few days of high fertility while bleeding then had my peak surge on the 14th July. I don’t know weather to believe that I’m ovulating just after 2 weeks after the implant was removed as me and my partner done the deed on the day I had peak fertility ( static smiley face) or weather or not my body needs some time adjust back to normal and try again using the ovulation test. If you could give me your thoughts as I know some can get pregnant very soon after and some can take a few months. Thanks x
