Ovulate after miscarriage

Hey guys, so I miscarried 6/20 bled for 13 days (til 7/3). I haven’t had a period yet so I can’t really say what cycle day. This is my first time testing for ovulation ever and this is what i got. Glow is saying .66 other apps are saying higher. Is it positive? (Yes it’s possible to ovulate without a period first)
