Bummed..

Hey everyone so i recently switched to a new obgyn because my old one wasnt doing enough in my opinion. My new one ran alot of blood work.. i have to continue the letrozole bc thats the only way i ovulate. My blood work came back not so great. So not only am i the reason were struggling but now on top of having to take all these meds to get pregnant now when i do get pregnant i will have to take blood thinner shots 2x a day the whole pregnancy.. meanwhile my sister and cousins dont even have to try.. im so bummed out and its not fair... noone else in my family has had these issues.. i have such a good job and marriage and big heart.. but empty arms.. anyone else have to deal with having to take lovonox during pregnancy.. i need some reassurance right now bc im blaming myself bc of course theres more wrong with me.. just sad yall..
