So today my supervisor pulled me aside and asked me why I was being short with him and if he or my coworker did anything to upset me. He said that I was being reserved and not my usual self today . I said nothing was wrong but he always ignores me whenever anyone else is around. He only talks to me when we are alone doing the same shift, he is now super close with this other girl that I had a conflict with and they’ve been working together for months and just recently got close. He’s always ignoring me if she’s around or my manager, but today when I ignored him right back and he was chatting with my other coworker he tried to make it seem like I was angry at him or her. He doesn’t really chat when we are around and I texted him something work related and he never responded back. So am I wrong for ignoring his fake ass ? Or am I right. I missed my opportunity to say all this to his face. But I just feel a little pissed that he doesn’t notice that he ignores me around my coworker or my manager. They always have conversations between them that don’t involve me and I just ignore them and focus on my job . It’s messed up but I don’t pay attention and he’s acting so fake and idk why. What should I do, if anything ?
