Idk what to put this topic as

So today I went to the hospital to see the doctor, and she say that the pregnancy test is negative, but since my primary doctor they drew my blood to get it tested, we just have to wait for the results. I also told them that last week I was spotting blood and they told me that there’s a chance that I might have an early miscarriage. But it might be miss diagnosed. At this point I’m having mixed feelings rather I’m pregnant or not and about a week now, I still a little bit of nausea and I’m very tired and starting to experience back pain and waking up early like 6-7 in the morning. Have anyone experienced this before? Please let me know! Thank you!
