Has anyone had excruciating gas pain in the first trimester that lasted nine hours or more?

I have pain way down low right above my pubic bone and it’s excruciating. It started at 3 AM and kept me awake. I finally fell asleep but it woke me up again around 7 and I couldn’t go back to sleep. It’s soooo painful but I have no bleeding, no dizziness, no other symptoms so I’m hoping it’s just gas pain.

How far along are you and have you had an ultrasound yet? If it’s that severe I would let your OB know.. it could be ectopic

My OB said that it’s pretty common! I had terrible pains (felt like gas pains) and it was just due to uterine changes. It will get better soon! If you feel like it’s worth a hospital visit, trust your instincts, but don’t panic about every weird pain you get. There will be a lot of new pains/sensations throughout the whole pregnancy. It’s so worth it though! I had the most miserable pregnancy, and now I want to do it again, only 10 months later 😅
