Dinner ideas??

Question

For those with pretty severe pregnancy sickness, what the heck are you eating for dinner? I am sitting upstairs in my room so nauseated and feeling like I’m going to throw up. Nothing at all sounds appealing. This is brutal. Would love some ideas.

I had crackers and hummus with some olives the other night. I’m finding eating small amounts instead of big meals helps. I did walk around the supermarket for half an hour trying to figure out what I could stomach before I settled on olives and hummus 🤣

I was pretty sick and stuck to Applesauce, toast, white rice with a little bit of soy sauce, and a lot of fruits. Anything plain was good

Go-gurts are keeping me going at the moment 😅 I bought 40. My kids have had maybe 4 of them. I'm downing them like my life depends on it.

Everyone told me crackers, dry toast etc and the.o.ly thing that helped ease my extreme morning sickness was fruit. Juicy grapes, cotton candy as it dissolves fast and gave me that needed sugar, yogurt, apple sauce, things like that. It does get better i promise you. I was bed bound for 7 weeks unable to swallow even saliva but i found the more i didnt eat the worse i got. X get better soon lovely

Fruit, saltine crackers with peanut butter, soup, rice, pasta, trail mix. Keep it bland and simple. No greasy or spicy foods.
