Does anyone else get random uncontrollable heat flashes that makes u just want to take off your clothes or drink something cold or lay down on the cold floor
or
a uncontrollable uncomfortable feeling that makes u just want to sit down or stretch out in the bed
If so do u have any tips on how to deal with it?
