Best time to have sex after positive ovulation test

Brief background and context. I'm 41 and have a 14-year old. My current partner (43) and I have been trying to conceive for a few months now. I just started using ovulation tests and was wondering. After the test line turns dark, when is the best time to have sex. Same day? Day after?
Any tips will be welcome.
Also... Did the AmH and it's 1.69. Is that result reason to be hopeful?
