Coughing and peeing 🫠

I remember as a child I use to laugh so much and pee myself. Many many times... as a adult I never really suffered as much untill I had my second baby. I'm now 27 and pregnant with my third baby (25 weeks) and I'm coughing and peeing all the bloody time!!!! Even if I go for a wee then 2 mins later I'm peeing with coughing. It's worse in pregnancy but definitely happens when I'm not pregnant. Going to book a routine appointment with my doctors about this. What is the treatment for this?
