Just so stressed idk what to do

I lost my job because I have a son who has a major heart defect and with his apts and the daycare calling me every week about him I lost my job. The same day my husband lost the same job at the same company I work at. His was because of call outs. I been struggling to find work and keep my kids in daycare. I have vouchers but they will be gone since my husband doesn’t want to go back to work. Idk what to do they need daycare it gives them something to do and learn. Am I wrong? I know all my husband would do is sit there watch tv or something but not helping out baby learn and it just upsets me since I’m the one who has always done the teaching from rolling over to crawling to eating to scooting to walking. Are there any programs that’s not DSS related thag is not to much for one income
