Insatiable hunger

Anyone else experiencing insatiable hunger? I'm 9wks 3 days pregnant with my second child, and I can't seem to satisfy my hunger anymore. I had my son 13 years ago, but I never felt like this with him. Never had a craving at all. Now, it seems I have a new craving every day. I don't want to gain too much weight during pregnancy (want to keep it in the healthy range, of course), but this hunger is making it very difficult. Hoping it subsides in the second trimester.
