I'm 11 weeks and I've got heartburn that's making me nauseous so I'm taking gaviscon (spoke to the pharmacist before starting it)

What's everyone's trigger foods for heartburn? I want some ideas on what to avoid to try make it better, it's not that bad but I'd like to stop the gaviscon if I can buy managing what I eat.

I can't drink milk instead of the meds because I'm lactose intolerant but any other non medicinal heart burn remedies I'm also open to trying
