I need some advice or helpful info

I am currently 7 weeks 6 days I started spotting yesterday with mild pain I went to the ER and was told that there isn’t much I can do but I’m still spotting today with cramp like pain. They did an ultrasound yesterday and it all looks normal with the fetal heart rate at 155 bpm. Has anyone experienced this & had a miscarriage?
