Upset stomach question

I will be 20 weeks this Friday and I have not had any nausea since the first trimester ended. Yesterday morning I woke up and felt a little ill, but went to work and everything was fine. Then at about 6 PM I started throwing up and it lasted till about 11 PM. I took a Zofran to try to help and forced myself to go to sleep. At about 4 AM this morning. I woke up still in pain and threw up again. It is now 3:30 PM. I haven’t thrown up, but I still have a very upset stomach. I have no other symptoms.. no fever, no diarrhea that would make me assume stomach bug. The stomach pain is like an upset stomach with some pains and I feel like I need to use the bathroom but I don’t actually. I messaged my OB earlier but they haven’t gotten back to me. Is this something I should be concerned about or does it just seem like a bug or food poisoning?
