First time IUI

Hi everyone

So now it will be my first time to do <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>.

I will start to take my Letrozole the 3rd day of my period.

I need your help with something , when to start to count my period days ? I can recall the doctor visit a month ago that she said if it is at night I count from next day as first day but I am not sure if I heard it correctly or not, could you please help ?🙈
