I went to my first vaginal ultrasound yesterday at 5weeks 5 days, reason being I have history of ectopic pregnancies and I’m spotting every time I use the restroom.

I went and that was the fastest appointment ever, she did a pasmear first and said she did see spec of blood but it could be because my cervix is sensitive. Performed the vaginal ultrasound and stated the yolk sac was were it’s suppose to be, so no ectopic here! She did not do blood work (I asked) to see if they’re doubling, she said no next time… or if she didn’t see anything today.. she scheduled me for 3 weeks to go back to see fetal pole and heartbeat.

She didn’t seem concerned of the spotting at all!!

It was all so fast, I’m not sure if I should go get a second opinion?

All she was able to see was also yolk Salk and told me it’s soon to see anything else
