Not feeling baby kicks yet?

I’m 20 weeks tomorrow and still not felt baby kick. I think I’ve felt flutters and what feels like gas bubbles but no distinctive kicks. This is my first pregnancy and I know it’s common to not feel anything yet but still can’t help but panic 😫anyone else the same?

The flutters at that time are normal. It’s common not to feel kicks until you’re 21-22 weeks or more. Since it’s your first, it’s likely that you’ve had them already but didn’t realize that’s what it was. Your placenta placement matters too. I know I had ti ask them where mine was the first time because unless it’s previa, it isn’t a concern, so they don’t always think it’s something worth mentioning. ❤️

Do you know where you're placenta is? I've had an anterior placenta twice which means I've definitely felt things later on.
