So my friend gave me her Medela Freestyle Flex Pump and a bunch of random parts (has only been lightly used). I’m so confused about what everything is. She said I’ll need some “replacement parts”…. My question is, does anyone know exactly what parts of hers I could use vs which ones I would have to replace?

Also, if I run all the pieces in the dishwasher first and then sterilize them in boiling water for 5 mins after is that sufficient? Is there any pieces that shouldn’t be washed?? (Besides the electronic machine part obviously)

She also said we “might not be the same size” but I also don’t know what that means or what size parts I would have to change out

I find this all very overwhelming, I asked her a few questions but I found she wasn’t able to help much since she only pumped very briefly and then stopped and I think it was a couple years ago so she also doesn’t know much about it.
