No period since January

I haven’t had a actual period since January 2023 I was on a combo pill bc that made me bleed every single day plus my period so I got off it and switched to a mini pill (Nora-be) in February and since switching I haven’t had a period.

These last 2 days I’ve had “ spotting” to where I’ll bleed for not even a hr then stop and the next day it’ll do the same thing. I have bad cramps tho like I feel like my period is coming but nothing.

I know I’m not pregnant cause I’ve taken about a million test to make sure..

if anyone has any ideas why I haven’t a period you would be helping a lot Cause I’m stressing 😅
