I’m not sure how to respond

This is all because I didn’t clean the kitchen in ONE day. I made him French toast yesterday and left a mess. I cook all the meals so washing dishes isn’t my top priority. I’ve been trying to catch up on laundry and honestly haven’t had the energy to do anything. Maybe because I’m newly pregnant I’ve been so lazy idk. But the thing is there’s 2/3

bags of garbage that I asked him to take out that is now making the house stink. I just kindly remind him though I never talk like this … I always tell him it’s not the message but how you deliver it. I understand I need to get out of this depressed slump and clean better but this doesn’t help.
