Ramzi Theory Anyone?

Its not the best pic but its the only good one I got at my 7 week Ultrasound. I took this pic on my phone off my computer because she didn't give us printed copies. I'm pretty new at the whole Ramzy theory but I think Boy going by that, but not sure. Anyone have a guess? I put the mouse right under the baby hoping it would help.
