So, I’ve been trying to contact the customer service on this app with no replies. I’ve been using this app for years now and this past year decided to pay for the subscription. It wouldn’t have been over until the end of this year. Everything was fine until I got a new phone. I downloaded app on new phone, logged in to find all my logged info for the past few years have been wiped clean!!! We rely on this app so heavily to track ovulation. I’m so upset, I don’t know what to do and can’t get anyone’s help😭
