Can someone help me?? 5 weeks and spotting

I’m 5 weeks pregnant! When I went for a wee Friday there was blood when I wiped on the tissue after that it was more brown dots after I put on a pad. Saturday a tiny bit of brown discharge and today nothing again!. 
I’m so confused and just want to know if anybody has had the same and everything ended up being ok?. I have doctor Tuesday but the waiting and checking for more blood is killing me!

I have been having brown spotting too at 6 weeks. This is my rainbow baby so I’m really freaking out. Can’t get into the dr until Friday 😭 hoping both our babies stick!

I had spotting for a few hours the day of my expected period. I got blood draws and got an early ultrasound and all was fine. Try not to panic in the meantime.

I had like three days of bleeding when my period was supposed to be for two months with my first pregnancy and she is as healthy as an aux.. my second i havent had any bleeding if its your first theres a good chance your body is tryna do normal routine and as long as its not filling a pad or accompanied with clots and you should be ok
