So scared …

I just went to my pain management appointment and my pregnancy test came back positive. I take opioids and have been for years. As well as low dose klonopin daily and tizanidine. I have tried to come off of the klonopin many times and I always had seizures and I once flipped my car. I don’t know what to do because I’ve had to have a D&C before because of a non viable pregnancy and I just now found this out. I know the pain that comes with abortions and I just started a new job. And they look for reasons to get rid of pregnant people. I know my boyfriend of 3 years will probably want to keep it but my first thought when I found out was abortion because of the medications I take (have to) and the lack of financial stability we have. Needless to say, I need advice or kind words because I am petrified. The pill or surgical? What is the pill like? How should I explain this to my partner?
