Miscarriage?

When I went to the bathroom this morning I had bright red blood (probably about a few tablespoons worth). It stopped right away and has not had anymore bleeding since just normal clear discharge. I didn’t have any cramping or back pain either. I have a dr appointment booked for Wednesday but I am totally freaked out about it. Anyone experience this before? I should be like 5 weeks or so now.

Could be a subchorionic hemorrhage. I had one my last pregnancy. Bleeding can be from those.

I'm currently on my 5th pregnancy, 3rd baby. Loss before my daughter and a loss before my son. At what was 5w6d I had bright red bleeding. Felt it coming out of me. Quite a bit. Instantly bawling thinking I just lost another baby. Emergency scan, measured 6w3d. Baby was perfect. Just a subchorionic hemorrhage. I had bright red bleeding that day (Feb 14th.) Pinkish red the 15th. Brown the 16th. Light brown to done afternoon the 17th. Had another scan March 1st at 8w3d. Baby grew appropriately. HR was 171 BPM. SCH hadn't shrunk, but it hadn't grown. I was warned I could bleed/spot off and on until it resolves and OB can't really give a timeline for that. Said any time within the next few weeks to even into my 3rd trimester. It's a little less than 3 cm so she's not too concerned. I've not been placed on any restrictions. Just be aware I can bleed/spot until it's gone. I had a few days of only when I wipe spotting about 3 days ago. Nothing since then. That said it's not always worst case. But any and all bleeding/spotting needs to be reported. When it starts, how much, what color, when it stops, any cramps and severity of cramping.
