Very TMI

Sooo just some quick background to help find an answer because I cannot find anything on Google lol. I was ovulating and had unprotected sex with my partner. My OB said I have a longer cervix & it was normal, and my partner is on the larger side. Usually after sex, the semen will pour out (sorryyyyyy I just need to put details because I’m so stressed). But this past time, it was extremely different. We both finished at the same time & he was the largest I’ve ever felt so very deep. I felt him ejaculate (pulsating) while I had an orgasm. When I got off, nothing came out. Not one drop at all. I even tried to push because it was very odd to me. A couple hours later, I did release plentyyyy of discharge to the point of having to change my pants. Today I decided to check the app to see when my period should be starting & turns out it should have started 4 days ago. My breasts are tender & I have been very fatigue lately, sleeping about 12 hours a day! I do have a pregnancy test on standby & plan to take it, but I guess I just want to know what to expect??? Idk. Just overthinking & very stressed. The semen always comes out after sex, this is the first time it didn’t and no previous children. Can anyone relate lol
