Breast pumping - breast pain help

I’m exclusively pumping every 3-4 hours 15-20 min each time. I’m having bad pains before pumping , shooting , stabbing pains threw the breasts into the nipples. Relieves after pumping out the milk. Anybody have this? Hurts so bad and getting worse!!!
