Subchorionic haematoma in pregnancy

Janaya

I’m 7 weeks 1 day - yesterday and today I noticed bleeding that was red, so I called the EPU and luckily got the last appointment of the day and they told me I have a normal pregnancy but I also have subchorionic haematoma (blood clot around my pregnancy), the embryo is smaller than expected and the heart rate is less than 100 and I’ve been advised there’s more bleeding to come but the bleeding stops and starts.. however last week (6 weeks pregnant) it was all fine and normal… this has come within a week or unless they couldn’t see it idk….. but I have a drs appointment on Thursday (after waiting a month!), another scan in 2 weeks so they can monitor and check baby’s progress.. I’m genuinely shook, anxious and scared of a loss and/or placental abruption 🤦🏽‍♀️ Google has mixed responses but I know I shouldn’t read it so much but I’m out of options… I don’t know what to do in all honesty… didn’t experience any of this with my first born.. Has anyone else experienced this or have any advice??
