Hello I am 29yo I was just diagnosed with Endometriosis. I have several small endometriomas and one large one (6cm) on my left ovary. I was ready to start looking for a baby this year and this new shocked me.

I went to my regular obgyn today and he suggested laparoscopy surgery to remove the endometriomas. He also told me that it may be necessary to remove one of my tubes because it was compromised.

Do you think I should start trying to get pregnant even if I have these endometriomas or should I first have surgery to remove them? I am so afraid this surgery could negatively impact my ability to get pregnant even more.
