Can you test positive for LH & HCG?

Can you test positive and hCG at the same time? I took two tests and there was a very faint line on a pregnancy test hCG but the LH test was definitely positive. How soon after a sperm meets an egg does hCG rise? Could this be a false positive? Also I tested my LH earlier in my cycle and I thought I already an LH surge. Can you have two LH surges in one cycle? What’s going on?
