Just some quick background. My partner and I have been trying for about a year now. He has varicocele and is scheduled to get the surgery at the end of May. Up until recently his hormones have been out of whack, but now only his FSH hormone is the only problem. I know the chances of getting pregnant is slim to none considering his last semen analysis was 44 sperm (just 44, not 44 million) but I had some spotting today which I havent had in years and he's due for another semen analysis before the surgery. Kinda feeling optimistic since his other hormones are back to normal. Here's my chart
